Welcome to Sidneys We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Below you'll find all the details about our shipping process.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries within the European Union:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

If your country is not listed above, we are unable to ship to your location at this time.


Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Thresholds

  • Spain: €9 shipping or FREE shipping on orders over €220

  • Other EU Countries: €19 shipping or FREE shipping on orders over €430

Shipping rates are applied at checkout.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • Spain: 2–3 business days

  • Other EU Countries: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on courier delays and destination.


Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier’s website.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Spain: No customs or import duties apply.

  • Other EU Countries: Shipments stay within the EU, so duties and taxes are generally not applicable. If any import charges arise, they are the customer’s responsibility.


Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Lost in transit: We will offer a full refund or replacement.

  • Damaged items: Must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund the item.

  • Stolen packages: Contact us and we’ll assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.


Returns & Refunds

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase:

  • You may return it within 7 days of receipt.

  • Items must be sealed, unused, and in original condition.

  • We’ll issue a full refund once we receive the return.


Order Changes & Cancellations

You may cancel or make changes to your order before it has been shipped. Once shipped, the order can no longer be modified.


Split Shipments

We ship all items together from a single location. All products listed are in stock—split shipments are not necessary.
